First-Year Accounting Students Explore Corporate Culture through “Core 1 – Enterprise approach” in the Academic Year 2022–2023

Continuing its training orientation that connects academic learning with real-world experiences, in the academic year 2022–2023, first-year students of the Faculty of Accounting – Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) participated in “Core 1 – Enterprise approach”
This meaningful activity allowed students to familiarize themselves with the corporate environment from their very first year at university.

The field trips were organized at Yakult Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Binh Duong Province) and Ajinomoto Long Thanh Co., Ltd. (Dong Nai Province) – two exemplary enterprises known for their modern management systems, advanced production processes, and strong corporate cultures.
During these visits, students had the opportunity to observe factory operations, learn about organizational practices, and experience the professionalism and work ethics that contribute to the success of leading enterprises.

“Core 1 – Enterprise approach” helps first-year students broaden their perspectives and develop early professional awareness, forming a solid foundation for more advanced, career-oriented courses in the following years.
The activity also reflects the distinctive training approach of Ton Duc Thang University, which is committed to providing students with opportunities to experience, explore, and grow in a dynamic learning environment closely connected to the business world.
