I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up daily Sales and issue VAT invoices for customer and record entries in system

• Follow up goods return of customer, issues relate to return invoice, return money & record entry of in system

• Follow up collect money of customer daily & refund cash for customer

• Follow up, record entries, control account receivable of other income (Commission, promotion support, advertising on website...) received by Vendor

• Control receivable of customer and follow up balance of AR

• Prepare VAT output report, WHT report.

• Work with customer, seller, banking, deliver to solve issues for customer

• Work with external related authorities such as Tax Office, External Auditor.

• Arrange & filling invoice, documents properly

• Record journal entries in Ledger daily

• Prepare analysis report of sales

• Prepare accounting reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly

• To assist ad-hoc requirements

• Update, learn and gain knowledge of local & international accounting and tax Regulation

• Support to prepare labor contract, social insurance document.

II. JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications

• English writing, speaking

• Strong Excel, word

• Prefer experience in Misa Software.

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

• Have knowledge in E-commerce or Retail Industry

• Excellent interpersonal skills , resourceful with positive working attitude

• Able to work long and irregular hours.

III. BENEFIT:

. Salary: 9.000.000 - 12.000.000/ month (gross)

. Annual leave: 15 days per year.

. 13+14 month performance based bonus

. Insurance offerings are standard as required by law

. Company trip.

Morning: 9:00 – 12:00 Afternoon: 13:00-18:00
