Vacancy: INVOICING STAFF – ACCOUNTING & FINANCE TEAM

Job details:

- Calculate price and send report in English

- Input price to Invoice system

- Generate invoice

- Update new instruction of client

- Make Proforma Invoice

- Answer requirements related invoice and price from customer and Sales team.

- Update policies, regulation about invoice

- Supporting job-related to invoice when staff in team off

- Make the other jobs once team leader request

- Working time: Monday- Saturday: 08:00-17:00

- Working location: Lot C7-C9, C Street, Cat Lai Industrial Zone, Thanh My Loi Ward, Dist. 2

Job requirement:

New graduate with Major in Faculty of Accounting/ Business Administration

- Good in understanding in English

- N5 certification in Japanese

- Willing to study. Responsibility, hardworking
