Recognizing this importance, Ton Duc Thang University in general and the Faculty of Accounting in particular regularly organize international student exchange activities. This is a program that started 15 years ago; specially developed in the past 5 years. TDTU started sending its students to exchange with students of Saxion University, the Netherlands in 2004; sending interns to China in 2005; as well as starting to send students abroad to practice the last semester regularly from 2012 until now.
The school is also chosen as a destination for study, internship, exchange, and cultural exchange of more and more international students. Up to now, TDTU has attracted 1,073 foreign students from 18 countries (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mongolia, Korea, Myanmar, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, France, and Belgium). , Germany, Czech, Sweden, Hungary, Netherlands, Russia, and the USA) come to study and exchange from 1 week to many months. This activity grows wider and deeper each year. Here are the main programs:
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship Program: TDTU is offering scholarships to qualified learners (according to the University's criteria) to study university (in Vietnamese) majoring in Vietnamese Studies and Literature. Vietnam chemistry with other university majors (37 majors) is being trained at the University. The scholarship includes 1 year of Vietnamese language study (up to B2 level) and 4 years of mainstream study (the next year's scholarship will be decided based on the previous year's academic results). The Graduate Scholarship Program grants potential candidates to study in the University's graduate and Ph.D. programs (in both Vietnamese and English optionally). Candidates who want to apply for a scholarship for an English teaching and learning program must meet the English requirements according to international standards set forth by the University right from the application submission step; as well as must meet several other entry conditions. Candidates applying for graduate studies or Ph.D. studies in Vietnamese can receive a scholarship to study preparatory Vietnamese before entering the main course if eligible.
1-semester exchange program: students from partner schools can study at TDTU in the form of a 1-semester exchange and study results at TDTU will be recognized and transferred to the partner school to accumulate for the learner. Summer Course Program lasts 3 weeks and is held annually at TDTU. In addition to lectures on Vietnamese culture, international students can participate in cultural exchange activities and visit to better understand the country and people of Vietnam.
International volunteer program: participating in the program, students are arranged to perform volunteer activities, and especially, international students are arranged to live with local people to experience real life full of life. local cultural colors. Internship program for international students: TDTU offers internships to students from all countries, in all fields of study, to practice at the University's facilities. The internship includes accommodation fees, travel expenses, and a small number of living expenses. Students with excellent academic performance will be granted additional airfare from one way to a round trip depending on their academic ability. The internship period is from 1 month to 9 months.
Open short courses according to partner requirements: based on specific requirements of partner schools, TDTU can design short courses for foreign students. The keys that have been opened include:
