On June 1, 2022, Times Higher Education (THE) announced the results of the THE Asia University Rankings 2022. For the first time, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) appeared in this prestigious ranking, securing 73rd place, the highest position among the five Vietnamese universities included.

THE has conducted the Asia University Rankings since 2013, applying the same set of indicators as the THE World University Rankings, with adjusted weightings to better reflect the unique characteristics of Asian higher education institutions.

As another academic term draws to a close, students reflect on their experiences and prepare for new opportunities ahead. Understanding that students from cohorts 23, 24, and 25 may have various questions related to academics, career paths, and study programs, the Faculty of Accounting organized a Student Dialogue and Scholarship Award Ceremony to address their concerns and celebrate outstanding achievements.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is believed to bring both tremendous opportunities and certain challenges. The labor market is expected to undergo major transformations as technology becomes more widely integrated into industries, with automation replacing manual labor and robots substituting for humans. Consequently, many existing jobs may disappear entirely in the near future—while new professions emerge.

On the morning of Thursday, May 27, 2022, the Faculty of Accounting at Ton Duc Thang University held Thesis Defense Committees for the May 2022 session for students of the High-Quality Program.

On the afternoon of May 13, 2022, the Faculty of Accounting at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), successfully organized a Career Orientation Workshop for more than 240 students enrolled in the High-Quality Accounting Program integrated with the ICAEW CFAB qualification.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is the oldest international professional accounting organization, established in 1880 in the United Kingdom under the patronage of Queen Victoria. Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and ICAEW first signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2016 and renewed it in 2019. On 15/02/2022, the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings announced the 2022 rankings for young universities worldwide. Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) was ranked 98th out of 790 universities included in the list.

THE Young University Rankings evaluate universities globally that are 50 years old or younger and have been published by THE since 2012. This is the first time TDTU has entered this ranking.
