Workshop “Accounting and Economic Pathway: Opportunities and Challenges” 2024
On May 16th, at the Library of Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Accounting held a seminar titled “Accounting and Economic Pathway: Opportunities and Challenges.” The seminar was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Thi Hong Van, a reputable expert in the field of accounting and economics.
The seminar comprised two main parts:
- Pathway to Research in Accounting and Economics: Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Thi Hong Van shared her PhD journey, emphasizing invaluable experiences in research and writing international journal articles.
- Research Article Writing in Accounting and Economics: She provided effective strategies and techniques to help researchers write and publish articles in prestigious international journals.
Notably, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Thi Hong Van presented on the use of Python software in data collection and analysis. This powerful tool optimizes the research process, producing accurate and reliable results.
The seminar was conducted in both online and offline formats, attracting over 100 students and postgraduate learners not only from Ton Duc Thang University but also from countries such as Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, and more. The event served as a bridge of knowledge and opportunities, helping lecturers and students enhance their research skills and keep up with the latest trends in accounting and economics.
The seminar not only provided useful information but also created opportunities for interaction and learning from leading experts. With the insights shared by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Thi Hong Van, lecturers and students gained additional motivation and knowledge to continue their research journeys.
