Short-term Course Series for Undergraduate and Graduate Students on “Sustainability Reporting and Signs of Greenwashing in Enterprises” (Section 1)
To enhance international academic exchange and expand opportunities for research and training collaboration, the Faculty of Accounting, in collaboration with Professor Wen-Min Lu, Vice President of Chinese Culture University, Taiwan (PCCU), delivered Section 1 of the short-term course series titled “Sustainability Reporting and Signs of Greenwashing in Enterprises” on April 10, 2026.
The objective of Section 1, “Overview of Corporate Sustainability Reporting and Research Field in ESG,” was to help undergraduate and graduate students understand global sustainability frameworks, ESG governance structures, and international reporting standards. The session aimed to foster transparency and accountability toward stakeholders, thereby supporting participants in becoming responsible future managers and developing relevant research ideas.
Professor Wen-Min Lu’s sharing not only strengthened collaborative relationships but also contributed to promoting academic and research activities in the socio-economic field in general and accounting in particular. The seminar attracted a large number of lecturers, Ph.D. candidates, graduate students, and undergraduate students from the Faculty of Accounting, who participated online.

With extensive international research and publication experience, Professor Wen-Min Lu provided practical and insightful perspectives on approaches to sustainability reporting. The discussion session was lively, reflecting strong interest from participants in sustainability reporting issues. The presentation was not only informative but also highly motivating for Ph.D. candidates, graduate students, and students in their future research and career development.
This activity also demonstrates the Faculty of Accounting’s ongoing efforts to internationalize education, enhance research and teaching quality, and move toward deeper integration with the global academic community. Sections 2 and 3 of the course series will continue in the coming period.
