In his remarks, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy emphasized that TDTU always prioritizes expanding cooperation with prestigious professional organizations such as VACPA and ACCA to enhance training quality in line with practice. He highlighted that this partnership not only provides students with practical opportunities to access international accounting standards but also fosters long-term collaboration in curriculum development aligned with digital transformation trends.

Ms. Vu Thi Mai praised TDTU’s autonomous model and training quality, underscoring the importance of preparing a high-quality accounting and auditing workforce as Vietnam moves towards the target of 1.5 million enterprises and the transition from VAS to IFRS.

Representing VACPA, Dr. Tran Khanh Lam affirmed that in the coming period, VACPA and TDTU will strengthen cooperation in the fields of digital transformation and data analytics.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi My Hanh also shared initiatives such as developing accounting-themed comic books for students—a new approach to bring the profession closer to younger generations.

The event marked a significant step in bringing international accounting standards closer to Vietnamese students through the Vietnamese version of the CertIFR program. Ms. Khuat Thi Lien Huong commended TDTU’s initiative in implementing this program and expressed hope that the model would be expanded to other universities nationwide.

Looking ahead, the three parties committed to jointly implementing specialized training activities such as digital auditing, national conferences on accounting–auditing in the context of digital transformation and sustainability. Moreover, TDTU students will have opportunities to participate in paid internships at leading auditing firms, thereby improving competitiveness and enhancing the quality of Vietnam’s accounting and finance workforce.
