On December 19, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the signing ceremony of a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank).

The 2024 International Conference of the ASEAN University Network - Quality Assurance (AUN-QA IC) officially concluded on the afternoon of December 12, 2024, at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Ho Chi Minh City.

The year 2024 marks an important milestone in scientific research activities of the Faculty of Accounting, Ton Duc Thang University, as two student research groups excellently won the Third Prize in the Science and Technology Awards for Students in Higher Education Institutions, according to Decision No. 3647/QĐ-BGDĐT dated November 22, 2024, by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Accounting students from Ton Duc Thang University recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a corporate visit to two of Vietnam’s leading enterprises: Ajinomoto Vietnam and Yakult Vietnam. This experience offered students invaluable insights into the operations of major players in the food industry, showcasing advanced production processes, professional workplace cultures, and key strategies behind their success.

On November 22, 2024, the Faculty of Accounting at Ton Duc Thang University successfully organized six Professional Internship Review Panels, marking an important milestone in the training journey of more than 150 students. This annual activity provides students with the opportunity to present their internship results, defend their viewpoints before the panel, and receive feedback and evaluations from lecturers and industry experts.

The Office Tour at KPMG Vietnam offered Accounting students of Ton Duc Thang University an experience to remember! Not only did they get to explore the modern and professional workspace of one of the Big 4 accounting firms, but they also participated in a special workshop on “Crafting an Impressive CV.”

The Accounting Faculty’s team delivered a meticulously crafted performance at the TDTU Traditional Student Art Performance Festival 2024–2025, vividly portraying the nation’s heroic history during its resistance movements. The performance brought to life a spirit of patriotism and pride, leaving a deep impression on the audience.

On November 8, 2024, the Faculty of Accounting at Ton Duc Thang University hosted the third session of the ESG online workshop series, titled: "ESG Strategy – Creating Sustainable Value for Businesses". The workshop featured Professor Hoang Van from Montpellier Business School (France), a leading expert in sustainable finance and co-chair of the Social & Sustainable Finance specialization.

On October 30, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) welcomed a delegation from the University of Melbourne (UM), led by Mr. David Israel, Director of Global Education Strategy at UM. On TDTU’s side, the delegation was received by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly, Vice Chairwoman of the University Council; Dr. Dinh Hoang Bach, Director of the Institute for Cooperation, Research, and International Training; and faculty leaders, including Dr. Le Thi My Hanh, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting.
