The aims and requirement of research activities for lecturers

With the policy of encouraging students to join research activity recently, it can be said that students gained a lot of interest from this activity. Typical interests can be grouped into two main groups below:
First, we have to mention a significant increase in research knowledge and experience. It requires students to constantly update and refine their knowledge so the self-research and reading of materials is very necessary. Therefore, research skills as well as  knowledge of students will increase. In addition, students has the opportunity to work with the supervised lecturers so it will be better oriented and guided on research issues.
