CareerTalk by LAC: meeting with Deloitte

On August 31, 2018, the Language Accounting Club (LAC) of the Faculty of Accounting successfully organized the very first session of "CareerTalk", a brand new event series in the academic year 2018-2019. In each event of the series, the club will invite respected guests from professional organizations and major accounting-auditing firms to share their expectations for fresh graduate recruitment, so that TDTU accountancy students have a better vision as well as proper preparations for their future career. In its first session "CareerTalk #1: Deloitte", LAC is honoured to have the presence of Mr. Phan Huynh Tuan Anh - Deloitte HR Manager, and Mr. Mai Duc Cuong - ICAEW HCMC representative. Through this event, LAC would like to also promote the brand name of Deloitte, one of the Big Four firms, and ICAEW, an international accounting body, to fellow faculty's students, especially K22 freshmen (intake 2018). The attendance of more than 60 accounting students has contributed to the success of the event, and therefore encouraged LAC to look forward to the upcoming CareerTalk session, which will soon take place in late 2018.
