New Academic Year Gathering and Student Dialogue for Cohorts 24, 25, and 26 – Academic Year 2023–2024

As time swiftly passes, another academic year has arrived. To create an opportunity for lecturers and students to exchange ideas and share experiences in preparation for the new school year and future careers, the Faculty of Accounting warmly organized the event “New Academic Year Gathering and Student Dialogue 2023–2024.”

The event took place at 8:00 AM on August 24, 2023, with the presence of Dr. Nguyễn Duy Sữu – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Accounting, along with faculty members and staff. The Faculty was also honored to welcome representatives from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Ms. Phạm Quỳnh Trân, and from Mazars Vietnam Co., Ltd., Ms. Văn Thị Kim Oanh and Ms. Vũ Thị Thảo Nguyên, together with HR and communications specialists who came to share their valuable insights and career opportunities with second-, third-, and fourth-year students.

The entire session was conducted in a formal yet friendly atmosphere. Students had the chance to raise questions regarding their academic and professional paths. Accounting, as emphasized during the dialogue, is far from a dry profession as it is often perceived — it continues to evolve and thrive alongside technological advancements.

At the start of this new academic year, the Faculty of Accounting extends its best wishes for health, success, and fulfillment to all lecturers, business partners, and students.
