Course Description

To provide students with an understanding of professional knowledge about gathering, processing, analyzing; providing economic and financial information for planning, control and making decisions.

Course Outcomes

At the end of this course, students should be able to:

  • Access the business model of cost –benefit analysis to make the business decision;
  • Set up the budget within enterprise for planning, controlling activities;
  • Measuring and managing the performance of projects.
