Faculty Internship Program

TDTU Faculty of Accounting (AAF) is looking for outstanding students to join the Faculty Internship Program. The program offers students with official recognition as a faculty's intern during study time at TDTU, a certain highlight in your future CV. participating in the program, the interns will have many opportunities to engage in the faculty's daily operational activities, where they gain great values through interacting with different people in a professional environment. Furthermore, this is also a chance for students who want a long-term career in education to familiarise themselves with academic working environment. The interns also receive guidance and advice from faculty's members on studying and career pathway as an additional benefit.

REQUIREMENTS

The eligibility requirements are:

  • Good academic performance (accumulated GPA 7.0 or above);
  • Appropriate extracurricular records (score 70/100);
  • Ability to work 02 - 04 shifts per week (either morning shift from 7:30am to 11:30am, or afternoon shift from 13:00pm to 17:00 pm);
  • Ability to communicate in English is preferred;
  • Ability to use a graphics designing software is a plus 
TASKS
  • Greeting students visiting the Faculty Office;
  • Supporting faculty's staff in completing admin work;
  • Assisting lecturers (teaching assistant for foreign lecturers, preparing materials and class room equipment, etc.);
  • Other feasible tasks assigned by the faculty.

HOW TO APPLY

  • 01 Letter of Interest (unlimited number of words): expressing student's aspirations and motivations to participate in the Faculty Internship Program, some personal abilities that match the requirements and tasks, other supportive information if any;
  • 01 copy of transcript and extracurricular record;
  • English certificate (if any).

All required documentation must be attached to the application by the closing date. Applications with incomplete information or missing documents will not be considered.
